  Price

1. All Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and include the trade 10% discount when purchasing online
2. Delivery charges and postage are charged in addition, these will be calculated online and included in your total charge.  If you are in an area outside mainland UK we will contact you with a carriage quote before payment is taken.
3. We reserve the right to alter products or prices without prior notice
4. Price guarantee is only on brand names and must include cost of carriage.  If items are found cheaper you must notify within 14 days for purchase and show proof of cost.  This offer only applies to normal sales goods and does not include sales and show offers.
5. Groomers discount only applies to purchased items, not services or carriage

  Payment

1. Card payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Uk Maestro, Switch & Solo
2. All accounts are opened on a pro-forma basis and any other terms are on request and with prior agreement
3. All accounts that are overdue are charged at 2.5% per month overdue
4. Payments that are represented at the bank are chargeable to your account at a standard charge and must be paid within 7 days or an extra charge will apply

  Delivery

1. Representative Show Van Visits - Free delivery is only applicable on orders over £75.00 when our Representative is in your area with the show van, any orders delivered by the show van that are less than £75.00 in value including your Trade discount there will be a charge of £10.00.
2. Postage delivery – Postage applicable unless otherwise stated at rates stated on Parcel force and Royal Mail postage sheets in the Price List or viewable online on the postage rates section
3. If your order does not arrive within 21days of order, we need notifying immediately in order to process a claim for missing goods.
4. Any goods that arrive “damaged”, must be signed for as damaged in order to make a claim and notified to us within 24hours of receipt

  Manufacturing

1. Factory, sizes are approximate
2. Specially made items, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for manufacturing, as made especially to order.  Please request an approximate delivery date at time of order.  Deposits are required to be paid on these items also.  Please specify colour required and if you require a RDA Socket or other appropriate extras on electric tables, baths and hydraulic tables where applicable (See Price List or section on the website for extras available and costs)

  Disclaimers

1. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to abide by instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of goods without prior approval.
2. Goods remain the property of Groomers Supplies until paid in full
3. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge of 15% restocking fee, on any goods returned with no genuine fault
4. Any returned goods must be sufficiently packaged; else it invalidates your claim against our company for a refund, as the courier companies will not pay out any compensation on a damaged parcel, where it was not sufficiently packaged

  Warranties

• Blades and scissors sharpened that do not work must be returned to Groomers Supplies for examination and if we feel that the blade / scissors are faulty due to our sharpening process they will be re-sharpened free of charge, but these items must be returned to us within 7 days of the original sharpening
• Under warrantee terms and conditions on items purchased, you are entitled to a repair to as new condition only and not a replacement
• For a full refund on faulty products, you want to return, under our Terms and Conditions you must notify us within 7 days of the items being faulty and the product must be returned safely so as not damaged, as this will invalidate your refund.  A full refund will only then be given on inspection of the products and confirmation that they are genuinely faulty as new and have not been used.  If the product has been brought over 7 days ago when a refund/replacement is requested, you are only entitled to a repair under the terms of warrantee and not a replacement
